29 CFR 1910.23(b)(2):29 CFR 1910.23(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that ladder rungs, steps, and cleats were spaced not less than 10 inches (25 cm) and not more than 14 inches (36 cm) apart, as measured between the centerlines of the rungs, cleats, or steps: On or about March 8, 2023, at 11030 Kinsman Road, Newbury, OH 44065, the employer failed to ensure a ladder device utilized to gain access to the hay trailer had rungs that were not more than 14 inches apart in that the ladder rung was approximately 23 inches from the ground and 24 inches to the next level.
