29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) This violation occurred on March 9, 2023, where two employees were constructing a leading edge on top of the tooling area and were not protected from a fall hazard of up to approximately thirteen 13 feet in that there was no fall protection provided.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: (a) This violation occurred on March 9, 2023, at the roof over the tooling area, where two employee(s) working to replace the roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet in that they used a Werner 8-foot A-frame self-supporting step ladder to access the roof and had to use the top step because the ladder was not tall enough.
