29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Worksite was located at 604 Pine Street, Lakehurst, NJ 08733 Two workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately seven feet to ground as they were working on framing the new WaWa from JLG 600A and JLG 600AJ articulating boom lifts with no fall protection securing them in the basket. Violation was observed on or about March 9 and March 10, 2023.
