29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) On or about March 10, 2023, and at times prior, the employer, Austin Bluffs Laundry, LLC, did not ensure the rear exit route door was unlocked and usable. The rear exit door was padlocked and unable to be opened from the inside by employees, thereby exposing them to fire hazards.
