29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a)CMI Terex Corporation dba CMI Terex Corporation BID-WELL at 501 West Industrial Road, Canton, SD  57013: On or about and at times prior to March 10, 2023, the employer did not ensure the FMB Horizontal Band Saw, Model#:  Omega Serial#: Semiaut, in the production area was properly guarded.  This condition exposed employees to caught-in and amputation hazards associated with the unguarded saw blade at the point of operation.
