29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   Location: 101 Hale Road, Suite B Manchester, CT  On or about March 13, 2023, employees regularly used numerous types of chemicals that are used while making signs. The HP ink is in a cartridge, however, the cartridges do contain toxic chemicals and could expose employees if damaged. The Vanguard Printer has a waste container that contains different types of inks and flush chemicals that may target reproductive organs. The waste chemicals are regularly emptied into a poly bottle that is then dumped into a barrel.
