29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used: a) 22421 Hwy 145, Placerville, CO 81430: On or about March 8, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing roofing operations on a residential house at a height over 25 feet to the ground below without fall protection. The anchor points installed for employees to tie off to were not properly secured to the building, and employees were not wearing harnesses for the lanyard to attach to.
