29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 1800 W Dallas Ave, Selma, AL; On or about March 8, 2023 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 9 feet in that employees were engaged in roofing activities on a 7 on 12 pitched roof without first being protected from falls with a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
