29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i):Select, and have each affected employee use, the types of PPE that will protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment; a. On or about March 8, 2023, located at 1650 Tamarack Road, Newark, Ohio, the employer did not ensure employees used proper PPE when performing work between anodizing lines 2 and 3 exposing employees to chemical burns. b. On or about March 14, 2023, located at 1650 Tamarack Road, Newark, Ohio, the employer did not ensure employees used proper PPE when looking into acid tanks of the cat walk on anodizing line 3, exposing employees to chemical burns.
