29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a) Jobsite located at 1340 Newark Rd, Toughkenamon, PA. - The employer did not ensure employees that utilized the Crown Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Model #RC5525-30 Serial #1A342659 with a damaged electrical wire were not exposed to electrical hazards. Condition observed on or about March 14, 2023.
