29 CFR 1926.250(a)(1): Materials stored in tiers were not stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse: a) Intersection of Holly Mount Road and Phillips Branch Road in Harbeson, DE 19951, on or about March 15, 2023, the employer did not ensure the water pipes being stacked were blocked or interlocked or limited in height to ensure it was stable and secure against sliding and/or collapse exposed employees to crushed by/caught in hazards. In the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse.
