The employer did not ensure the rotating parts were guarded. b) At the facility, 572 State Route 13, Williamstown, NY - 24" Small Bunch Area. On or about March 20, 2023, the employer did not ensure nip points were guarded during operation of the Bartell Double Twist Bunchers.

On or about March 20, 2023, employees were operating the Bartell Strander No. 504-31J without a guard to protect against a projecting shaft end. The employer did not ensure the shaft was guarded.
