Front side roof: On or about 03/15/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 135 PSI.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located at 8555 Tennyson Trace, Ball Ground, GA 30107, Front side of structure: On or about 03/15/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards at approximately 17-feet, 8 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding activities using the roof as a walking/working surface.
