29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids, or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  (a) On or about March 07, 2023, at a new residential construction site located at 6029 Kodiak Lane in Horace, ND,  an employee was operating pneumatic nail guns at 140 psi and was exposed to eye and face hazards from flying particles while working on a residential roof without wearing impact resistant eye or face protection.
