This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.   (c) In the "China" exhibit: On or before 3/15/23, the employer did not ensure that adequate electrical service was provided. Extension cords were used in lieu of permanent wiring. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.   (d) In the "South Pacific" exhibit: On or before 3/15/23, the employer did not ensure that adequate electrical service was provided. Extension cords were used in lieu of permanent wiring. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.   (e) In the "Middle Sump" area: On or before 3/15/23, the employer did not ensure that adequate electrical service was provided. Extension cords were used in lieu of permanent wiring. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.   (f) In the "Tang Angel" exhibit: On or before 3/15/23, the employer did not ensure that adequate electrical service was provided. Extension cords were used in lieu of permanent wiring.
