Condition was observed on or about March 15, 2023.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite Located at 300 Christian street, Philadelphia, PA. : The employer did not provide fall protection training to employees engaged in framing activities on a residential building and exposed to falls of approximately 10-30 feet above the ground level. The employees were not trained on how to recognize, evaluate, and mitigate fall hazards. Observed on or about March 15, 2023.
