29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)  a) Jobsite Located at 300 Christian street, Philadelphia, PA. : The employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations from the 3rd floor bay window roof of a residential building, approximately 30 feet from the ground level were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.   b) Jobsite Located at 300 Christian street, Philadelphia, PA. : The employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations from the roof of a residential building, approximately 10 feet from the next lower level, were protected from fall hazards by the use of a fall protection system.   Condition was observed on or about March 15, 2023.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) Jobsite Located at 300 Christian street, Philadelphia, PA. : The employer did not provide fall protection training to employees engaged in framing activities on a residential building and exposed to falls of approximately 10-30 feet above the ground level. The employees were not trained on how to recognize, evaluate, and mitigate fall hazards.  Observed on or about March 15, 2023.
