29 CFR  1910.95(g)(5)(ii):Where mobile test vans were used to meet the audiometric testing obligation, the employer did not obtain a valid baseline audiogram within 1 year of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level:    a. Press Operators working in HPD area: On or about 9 May 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employee  to a noise dose of 97.18% or an equivalent dBA of 89.3 dBA, which was capable of causing permanent hearing loss. The sampling was performed for 442 minutes during one shift on May 9, 2023. The employer did not perform baseline audiograms for all employees working in the HPD area within one year of employees date of hire.
