29 CFR  1926.304(h)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw was not guarded by a hood or by any means.  a)  On March 15, 2023, employees were cutting siding material while using a Ryobi 10 crosscut table saw that was not guarded by a hood or other means.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):  Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.   a) On March 15, 2023, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing siding work from a pump-jack scaffold platform elevated approximately 11.2 feet above the ground.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
