29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) On or about 3/10/2023, at the jobsite located at Horizon West, at 9000 Solay Rd., Winter Garden, FL.,  employer did not enforced the use of fall protection when installing copper lines for air conditioning units, on an approximately forty-one foot (41)high roof to the ground level, exposing employees to fall hazards,
