29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Worksite lcoated 200 W. 92 Highway, Kearney, Missouri- Employees were exposed to hazards chemicals and materials such as, but not limited to, Sunny Side Lacquer Thinner, and the employer had not developed a written hazardous communications program that would help the employer identify hazardous chemicals and train their employees on the hazards associated with these chemicals.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: Worksite located at 200 W. 92 Highway, Kearney, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the ladder he was using did not even reach the area he was getting on and off of the roof awning.
