29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver did not look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a) on or about 03/14/23, at the establishment of 21 North Service Road. Jamaica, NY Employees working in the Delta yard were exposed to being struck by a forklift. An employee operating a powered industrial truck in reverse was not looking in the direction of the path of travel exposing other employees to struck-by hazards.
