29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. (a) On or about March 16, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the controlling contractor did not establish and/or maintain adequate housekeeping practices to eliminate hazards to all employees sub-contracted on this job site to the extent practicable.

29 CFR 1926.452(y)(3): Surfaces on which stilts are used were not flat and free of pits, holes and obstructions, such as debris, as well as other tripping and falling hazards. (a) On or about March 16, 2023, the controlling contractor Brinkmann Constructors did not ensure Alvarez Drywall LLC a sub-contracted employer protected their employees while working on 39" stilts on a working surface with excessive debris, cords, lights and exposed to tripping and/or falling hazards.
