29 CFR 1926.454(c): When the employer had reason to believe that employees lacked the skill or understanding needed for safe work involving the erection, use or dismantling of scaffolds, the employer did not retrain each employee so that the requisite proficiency was regained: a) Job site, 7207 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 16, 2023, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with aerial lift re-training where unsafe work practices including, but not limited to, climbing over basket guardrails to get into the lift and failing to use fall protection while in the lift, were being practiced by employees.
