29 CFR  1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.9(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:  a) Workplace located at 225 East Madison Avenue Clifton Heights, PA 19018 - The employer did not administer a continuing, effective hearing conservation program for employee performing press operation activities and were exposed to continuous noise levels that were equivalent to 174.8%, 69.5% and 67.8%  of the allowable 50% dose for an 8 hour time-weighted average (TWA).  These exposures were equivalent to an 8-hour TWA of 94.02 dBA, 87.37 dBA and 87.19 dBA respectively, exceeding the OSHA Action Level of 85.0 dBA for an 8 hour TWA.  Zero exposures were assumed for all unsampled time period.  Violation noted on July 17, 2023
