The employer/building owner did not have actual knowledge, did not exercise due diligence, and did not treat the materials or operation as such.    Location: Greentree Manor North Wing: On or about March 16, 2023 an inspection conducted at this facility identified that the employer/ building owner believed the section of their building scheduled for remodeling had been constructed prior to 1980 but did not exercise due diligence by determining if the material was asbestos-containing prior to commencing demolition and remodeling.
