Stairs or a ramp were not provided where the exit route was not substantially level: (a) Warehouse (Rear Emergency Exit): On or about 3/14/2023, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit route had a 4-inch lift where employees exit the building while performing tasks such as picking product for distribution. (b) Warehouse (Front Emergency Exit): On or about 3/14/2023, employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards, in that the emergency exit route had a 5-foot drop to the outside and was not level leading to the exit door while employees were performing tasks such as picking product for distribution.
