29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. a) C-5 aircraft hangar at 916 Paris Street, Dover Air Force Base, DE 19902: On or about March 23, 2023, CSHO viewed employee working on an elevated surface approximately 45 feet above lower level without any means of egress while using a powder actuated piece of equipment to attach fasteners to the decking

29 CFR 1926.302(e)(5): Tools (loaded or empty) were pointed at an employee: a) C-5 aircraft hangar at 916 Paris Street, Dover Air Force Base, DE 19902: On or about March 20, 2023, employees were working under the decking installation where powder actuated tools were firing .27 caliber powder cartridges being used to install pins by firing the tool into the surface. Employees were working in the area exposing them to struck by hazards. b) C-5 aircraft hangar at 916 Paris Street, Dover Air Force Base, DE 19902: On or about March 23, 2023, employees were working under the decking installation where powder actuated tools were firing .27 caliber powder cartridges being used to install pins by firing the tool into the surface. Employees were working in the area exposing them to struck by hazards.
