29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Location: 77 Concord Street, North Reading On or about 3/21/23, employees were not afforded sufficient access and working space around all electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less, in the following instances: a) A large 277/480 volt electrical panel in the electrical room was partially blocked by two rolling racking systems. b) Electrical panels located adjacent to a roll-up door in the main shop were not kept clear, impeding access to the panels.
