Such chemicals included, but were not limited to isopropyl alcohol, nitric acid, peroxyacetic acid, and hydrogen peroxide.

CHEMICAL STORAGE AREA: On or about March 17, 2023, there were three unlabeled spray bottles observed hanging on a 55-gallon drum of isopropyl alcohol (IPA). According to an employee, the bottles contained IPA.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: COMPANY-WIDE: On or about March 17, 2023, the employer had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program. Hazardous chemicals used at the facility include, but are not limited to: 70% isopropyl alcohol, peroxyacetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, nitric acid, nitric/phosphoric acid mixture, foaming chlorinated cleaner, and 88% lactic acid.
