29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: (a) Multi-Flex Plating Co., Sandblasting Room, located at 109 Willows Ave, Collingdale, PA 19023: On or about March 21, 2023, the employer did not ensure proper housekeeping was implemented in the sandblasting area. Employees work in this area approximately once a week to utilize the sandblasting equipment. An accumulation of aluminum oxide dust was observed in the area.
