29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffolding platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide. On or about March 21, 2023, employees were connecting iron structural member beams at a height of more than 30 feet above a lower while using the scissor lift railing for a working/walking platform to gain extra height. The railings are less than 18 inches wide.
