29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  Location: Worksite  On or about March 21, 2023, employees of the siding contractor were exposed to falls of over 10 feet while working to install siding on new addition located on the back of the home. The pump jack scaffold being utilized by the employees had been built by an employee of the siding contractor without previous scaffolding competent person training, and no competent person inspection was performed on the scaffolding. Employees were also working on roof and an employee fell 10 feet to lower level below onto an unfinished framed deck.
