29 CFR 1926.501(b)(5): Each employee on the face of formwork or reinforcing steel was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, or positioning device systems: (a): Exterior Formwork - Employees working from concrete formwork were not protected by any method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet while working on the formwork, on or about March 17, 2023. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
