29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. Site: 422 6th Street Brooklyn, NY 11215 On or about: 3/22/23 a) Employees working on a roof were not utilizing fall protection. The employees were waterproofing the roof and were exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet.
