On March 22, 2023, an employee performing maintenance activities was exposed to crystalline respirable silica at an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 148.27 micrograms per cubic meter (µg/m³), which is 2.97 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms per cubic meter. Zero exposure was assumed for unsampled periods of 202 minutes. Violation occurred on or around March 22, 2023.
