29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l): a) On or about March 22, 2023, and times prior, the employer did not ensure each operator was trained and evaluated as required by 1910.178(l)(4)(iii) and by 1910.178(l)(6) as referenced by the note contained in 1926.602(d). A telehandler was used to move sheathing from the ground to the roof of the condo unit for framers.
