29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Facility located at 6970 Central Hwy, Pennsauken, NJ 08109 Rear area of main machine shop. The Grob Brothers N 24 Band Saw, serial number 1352, was not provided with a fully enclosed guard which would protect the operator from the rotating saw blade on or about 3/23/23.
