29 CFR 1910.176(a):Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: 5919 W. Campus Drive, San Antonio, TX.: On or about March 21, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees performing stocking operations were exposed to struck by hazards by an unattended pallet jack with unstable boxes stacked on the forks.
