29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and sat or climbed on the edge of the basket or used planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: On or about March 6, 2023, at the exterior of the multilevel residential building located at 1625 NW 20th St, Miami, Florida, an employee was exposed to slipping and fall hazards while climbing the rails of an aerial lift basket.
