29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish or implement written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment. On or about March 21, 2023, and at times prior, at the Austin Semiconductor facility in Austin, Texas, the employer did not develop written procedures for one- and two-year testing and inspecting including, but not limited to the following safety systems: a. PT-1A (DEV-0000125) b. Independent TE (DEV-0000155) c. High-High Temperature TSHH-6 (DEV-0000155) d. PT1 (DEV-0000192) e. PT2(LL) (DEV-0000192) f. Excess Flow Switch/logic (DEV-0000192) g. PT-10(DEV-0000033) HCL h. PT-09(DEV-0000033) HCL i. PSHH-2 (DEV-000089 This exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards in the event of a release.
