29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On or about March 24, 2023, in the custodian office, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was used as listed and labeled in that a relocatable power tap was plugged into a second relocatable power tap and used to supply power to electronics such as but not limited to a computer. b) On or about March 24, 2023, on the workroom floor near the PASS machine, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was used as listed and labeled in that three relocatable power taps were plugged into a fourth relocatable power tap and used to supply power to electronics such as but not limited to the PASS machine and scanner charging stations. c) On or about March 24, 2023, on the workroom floor at the container tilter charging location, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was used as listed and labeled in that an extension cord was plugged into a relocatable power tap and used to supply power to electronics such as power an 8 amp charger, computer, monitor and printer.
