29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New residential construction located on Lot #45 at 285 Parkway 575, Woodstock, GA 30188, Top plate: On or about 3/24/2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet, 3-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while the employee were engaged in roofing activities on a 8/12 pitched roof.   Manual DeJesus Zapata was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1327910, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-13-2018, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 299, 1498 Willow Grove Road, Sugar Hill, Georgia.
