29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: Location: Inventory storage area - Northeast side of building. On or about March 24, 2023 boxes of inventory were observed to be stacked in a manner that was not stable or secured against sliding and collapse. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1457133, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 176 Newington Road, West Hartford, CT 06110. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1436770 issued on October 8, 2019, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 20, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 166 Patrick Henry Way, Charles Town, WV 25414.
