29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: a) Iovance Biotherapeutics Manufacturing, LLC located at 700 Spring Garden Street Philadelphia PA: On or about March 24, 2023, the employer did not evaluate the respiratory hazards in the workplace, to include measurements of employee exposures to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to isopropyl alcohol, sodium hydroxide, etc. while performing disinfecting activities on raw material containers, disposables, equipment, or other materials transferred into controlled manufacturing cleanrooms and support areas.
