29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. Location - 3 Rock Ledge Road, Weston, MA. On or about May 24, 2023, an employee was permitted to use a Makita Trimmer RT0701C against the manufacturer's instructions by removing the tool from a workpiece with the bit rotating, resulting in a severe hand laceration.
