29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury: At the jobsite located at 1120 NW Main Street in Lees Summit, MO: The employer failed to protect employees from struck-by and crushed-by hazards. This was most recently documented on January 31, 2023 when the employer did not provide training for employees on installation of panels when the panel is required to move over an obstacle before being put in place. An employee was caught between the 2000 pound concrete panel and an earthen bank.
