29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a) Worksite, 801 Franklin Avenue, Wilkinsburg  PA: On or about March 27, 2023,  an employee engaged in roofing activities on the third story roof of a three-story commercial building with unprotected sides and edges was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   The employees were observed working on an area of the roof that had a slope of  approximately 10 in 12 (vertical to horizontal).  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately 35-42 feet to the ground below.
