29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) At our near 31 Currey Ave. Wallington NJ - Exterior of Building - Scaffold: an employee engaged in masonry activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet while utilizing a frame scaffold platforom that was not fully planked, on or about 3/24/23. ACE Stucco and Stone Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1597058, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/22, with respect to a workplace located at 171 Carrol St., Paterson NJ.
