OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  On or about 03/22/2023, on the entire site and at the west exterior elevation of Building 400 located at SE Collins Lane in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards from exterior balconies prior to the employer conducting an inspection of the worksite to ensure that guardrails and/or temporary locks were installed on doors leading to the balconies to restrict contractors from accessing those balconies that did not yet have permanent guardrails installed on them.
