29 CFR  1926.106(a):  Employees working over or near water, where the danger of drowning exists, shall be provided with U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket or Personal Floatation Devices (PFD).  A) 598 Bayshore Ave, Brigantine, NJ (Brigantine Beach Rowing Club):  Employees assigned to install new bulkhead along Bayshore avenue were exposed to drowning hazards when working directly over the water without Personal Floatation Device's (PFD).  Condition noted on or about March 28, 2023.
